SHIPPING PROCESS
Your orders will be processed within "1-5" business days and your cargo tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail. When ordering, we recommend that you make sure that your e-mail address is spelled correctly and check your spam / junk boxes in order to receive your information e-mails.
Our packages delivered to the cargo company will be delivered to you within "3-5" business days, this process may vary due to density. Unfortunately, transactions cannot be made on weekends.

Exchange / Return Procedure
You can send back the product or products you want to exchange/return to us within 14 days from the date you receive the order by filling out the exchange/return form in your package within the framework of the following exchange/return conditions. In order for the products to be exchanged or returned, the following exchange and/or return conditions must be complied with.

I want to exchange my purchase, what should I do?
You can exchange your order within 14 days from the date of receipt. The exchange is made only in the same model product / size / size change. You can send your product back by filling out the form included in your package. You must specify the product you want to exchange and the size/number you want instead. I want to return my purchase, what should I do?
You can return your order within 14 days from the date of receipt. You can send your product back by filling out the form included in your package. You must send the product you will return to the BERLIKAPLUS return address with the original invoice and by filling out the return section on the back of the invoice, complete, unused and undamaged packaging. If the invoice of the product is corporate, you must send it together with a return invoice issued by the institution for the return process, without including the shipping share, in the form of "Product Unit Price + VAT". Returns of orders whose invoice is issued on behalf of institutions cannot be completed unless a return invoice is issued.
